Dr. Erin Leonard
PhD, Psychotherapist
If you want relief and answers quickly, you need a highly trained expert in the field. As a doctor who has been successfully treating clients for twenty years, as well as, an author for Psychology Today and a national expert who has appeared on major networks and written for national publications, I am a therapist who can help quickly so you can progress to a happy, peaceful, and fulfilling life.
I am a psychotherapist who truly understands emotional pain, anxiety, trauma, toxic relationships, parenting issues, relationship issues, bullying, and family issues. I write weekly blogs for Psychology Today, and have authored several books on these topics. I am also a contributor for WGN, WISHTV, WNDU, and WSBT where I address many of these topics live.
Tiffany Yates
MS, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
I am a Catholic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as a Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader with Recore Counseling, LLC. I have a passion for serving the community by assisting individuals in a variety of ages from children to adolescents and teenagers to adults, as well as couples and families with healing from past wounds including trauma, infidelity, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and family-related issues. My treatment approach stems from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy. As a practicing Catholic, I am also willing to assist clients in exploring how their faith can help them heal should they so choose. As Clinical Supervisor, I am also able to provide supervision to those individuals pursuing degrees in counseling and in need of supervision for licensure. Whether you are a client or supervisee, I will strive to provide you with the best possible care to ensure that your personal needs are met and fulfilled
Bryan Belting
MATS, MSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I have successfully earned degrees in both counseling and theology. Regarding the former, if you are struggling with depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship problems, or just simply struggling with life transitions, I consider it an honor to walk with you on your journey. Regarding the latter, if you must incorporate your faith on this voyage, I would be happy to assist in a faith deconstruction and its impact on you, employing philosophical, theological and psychological practices on your path to wholeness.
I draw from a person-centered approach, psychodynamic modalities, and others to tailor and ultimately meet your unique needs. My goal is to assist in bringing those troublesome tendencies experienced in your daily life into your conscious awareness so that you can reintegrate those disowned parts of the self to become healthy and whole.
Denise A. Ayo (she/her)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate
Do you feel alone in your pain? Does it seem like no one listens, much less understands? Do you worry that people would be frightened if they met the real you? I see you. I hear you. I am not afraid. No matter what you are facing, I want you to feel safe and supported. We will work together to explore the root of your struggles, gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and create the change you want in your life.
I welcome adults and adolescents facing any number of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, identity questions, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and career issues. I hold an M.S.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as an M.A. and Ph.D. in English. I have expertise in academia (its culture, careers, and challenges), and I am passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community and neurodivergent individuals. I also believe that pop culture can be a powerful self-exploration tool and enjoy incorporating it into the therapeutic process.
